Hi eds I know you will be busy tonight so will keep this short, is Jose the only contender or is there anybody else there considering. I hope its Jose, should of got the job when fergie went imo.

Shame.

While I agree LVG had to go, I still don't agree Mourinho is the man to replace him.

Winning is not enough for Utd, and while the "anti-football" tag was an exageration, and his record with youth isn't ALL bad, I'm a long way from convinced that the football will be any more exciting than it was under LVG, or that players like Rashford, CBJ, TFM etc will make progress under him.

I do believe that he can rein-in his behaviour in front of the media though, which is the third area a lot of people have expressed concern.

It seems certain now that he will be our manager for the next few years, and I hope to be proven wrong about his style of football and youth policy, but I do wish the club would have looked more at other possibilities first.

Not sure why we didn't sign up for Pep, but Mourinho is as good as it gets.

We didn't sign pep because he's under tested at a club that hasn't got 3/ 4 world class platers in it. Any of us could win the title with Barcelona or bayern in uncompetitive league's.
