There was a lot of talks about how ole would react when he has a bad run of games, we don't know yet and hope we don't have to. On another note Mr. Poch is lot of people's favourite to be our next boss.

Contrast Pochs comments and Ole's and see who's more suited to be united manager.

From Ole's comments, we can clearly see that he breathes Man United.
He is so proud of managing us and embraces the culture.

Poch is a good coach no doubt about it.

Poor signings and lack of bottle are partly why they've gone out of two competitions in a week, and why they lost the league in that game against Chelsea a few seasons ago.

No doubt Poch has done a good job with Spurs but I can't see him taking the club to the next level.

Were Pochs comments meant to take the the pressure off Spurs?

By saying that they are focused on top 4 more than trophies, they are 3rd and have had a few injuries and don't look to be signing any players this transfer window.

Could also set a dangerous mindset for the players thinking that all they have to do is achieve top 4.

I don’t think that’s the way players think at all. I don’t think any player at this level goes out there to deliberately loose or draw a game. They want to win. It’s what it’s all about. Win as many games as possible to become champions.

The only time anything less is even worth thinking about is in a tournament that has group stages I. e. UCL or World Cup. Then teams can strategise, rest players etc to ensure qualification for the next stage. Otherwise for me it’s about winning every time.
