So the latest is that everything is agreed and we’re just waiting on Dybala to say “yes”

Is it just me or does this whole thing scream of the headlines “Deal collapses as Dybala says no to Manchester United” 😂😂

The media would have a field day with that!

Surely we wouldn’t be discussing this deal if there was no indication from the player that he wanted to move to us.

Seems set up for that to happen.

I'm still unsure on this Lukaku / Dybala swap, on one hand Lukuku wants to leave, Dybala is a fantastic player and a straight swap means we will have a Lukaku replacement. It also rules out the possibility of United's amateurish transfer processes being used as they would be if we got the cash and had to negotiate with a club for a replacement.

On the other hand does Dybala actually want to join? Physically he may well struggle and is this just a throw of the dice on an opportunity that happens to have come up rather than a well thought out signing?

Interesting week or so ahead with the potential for Maguire, Bruno and Dybala as well as potential outgoings.

I agree and think everyone else has said the same.
Dybala is an amazing talent but it remains to be seen if he can settle and if he can handle the league.
He’s a naturally gifted player and I think with the way Ole is trying to set us up in attack should suit him.
I hope Martial is our number 9. If Dybala is signed he can cut inside from right and use his brilliant left foot and Rashford from the left using his right foot.
Add to that the potential signing of Bruno Fernandes supplying these three, it starts to look very tasty. On paper at least.
If we keep Pogba and do the above, we really have the makings of a great side.
