Worst case scenario would not be no signing today but losing Pogba after window closes 😥.

One thing I'm sure of is that if we don't sign a midfielder, there is absolutely no way Pogba would be allowed to leave.

Pogba won’t go now but will be off next season cannot blame him he has been given no support in that midfield. How Woodward is allowed to dictate transfer policy is beyond me, he is a laughing stock to other clubs. Yet again another appalling transfer window. I know we got maguire and AWB in but we could have had both of them in on day 1 of the window and paid exactly what we paid anyhow. He has again failed to sign a midfielder and we currently minus pogba have the worst midfield in the top half of the table and the others are all strengthening. Sold lukaku without a recognised goal scorer now at the club, genius. As long as Woodward is at the club it will go nowhere but backwards. 7th place this season providing Pogba stays fit.

That's one take Rivian. Another is that it allows other players to step up, allowing more game time for McT and Gomes who look like they are ready for a breakthrough season.

Who knows. I'm just guessing, like you are.

Hope never dies (until the deadline), we'll have a midfielder even if it's Jonjo Shelvey!

Jaime🤩 you are already consistent in your posts mate.

Wazza, ziko we can't kid ourselves if Pogba leaves without a replacement some of statements posted here like season is over before it began would be absolutely true.

Best case scenario is we make no signings, are outside the top 4 by Christmas, realise its Woodward that needs to go and actually sort the club structure out.

I wonder what happened with the technical director or director of football Unite were looking at.
