Ed i'm not expecting much in January mostly I'm expecting outgoings, potentially; casemiro, varane, mctominay, I believe VDB has already pretty much confirmed a move to Frankfurt?

I was wondering if there is anything you can tell us about who the club may be looking to move on and potential replacements?

Obviously there are caveats that you can never know if/ when anything will happen and of course it's understood things could be subject to massive change in the coming months anything you can share would be great :)

{Ed002's Note - Much will depend on the coach being replaced and I would expect far more movement in the Summer as it can be difficult to buy in January. The summer will see a bunch of out of contract players leave as Free Agents and Amrabat return to Italy. For January, van der Beek will very likely leave if an issue can be overcome. There is no need for a direct replacement at this time. Jadon Sancho is another who will be available but interest only relates to loans with options to buy and Manchester United want obligations.

I think they will look to adding a striker in January and perhaps Serhou Guirassy may be open to a move - thie issue is that without guarantees of starting it makes it difficult for players to sign up. They have a much clearer idea about what needs to be done in the summer when there will be plenty of departures.}

Cheers ed figured it would mostly be summer we can expect movement, personally I would look at maybe Marcos Leonardo, I've heard it may be possible to get a loan with option for sesko with openda having a such a good season.

I would not be keen on guirassy seems he's having 1 good season something he hasn't shown in the past plus I would always prefer 2 younger players to fight it out and push each other personally.

{Ed002's Note - Marcos Leonardo (AM/F) With the books balanced after the sale of Deivid Washington and Angelo Gabriel Santos wish to keep hold of Leonardo. West Ham had an offer rejected in January and Roma are pushing hard to secure a deal now for this coming January. He was discussed with Chelsea who are now comfortable with Washington. Manchester United and Arsenal attended the U23 World Cup and have both declared an interest, as have Roma and Lazio. Expectation is Arsenal may push.
Benjamin Sesko (S/F) RBL could be offered a quick profit. His agent has not stopped offering the player around since his move to RBL. Described by a well known ex-Premier League player and high-end scout as "raw but improving". Was the list for Spurs as a potential Kane replacement and Newcastle enquired. Chelsea spoke with his agent but have preferred options. A wildcard may be either Manchester United or Arsenal. Will not be available in January.}

I wouldn't mind a punt on Pavlidis at AZ.

{Ed002's Note - That won't be happening.}

Hey Ed. Do you think ETH will still be replaced?

{Ed002's Note - I think there may well be someone else in charge next season.}

Personal opinion is Potter would be a mistake. He talked about the struggles of dealing with the pressure at Chelsea, imagine the slings and arrows at United. If there is to be a change we need a manager experienced not only to build a team but also to handle the unique pressure cooker environment of managing at Old Trafford.

Potter should have taken the Nice job, that would have been an ideal role for him to rebuild his reputation. If he thinks jumping in at United is a good career move, I think he will find out that it might be his last job in management.

Why would Potter's name even be in the hat? what's he done?

I think they are better off sticking with ETH.

Expecting: Southgate, Nagelsman, Potter…

Preferably: Keep EtH or De Zerbi

Wildcard: get McKenna and give him money and time.

I would love mckenna to be given a chance. His youth teams played good football and he knows the club but it may be a bit early in his career.

Ed is ETH aware that he is likely to be out of a job in the summer? Are you aware of any conversations that might have taken place?

Sorry if its not that simple or more complicated, just want to understand whether this is affecting the group.

{Ed002's Note - I have no idea about any conversations but he will know things must improve drastically.}
