Surprised to hear that Lampard is definitely leaving Chelsea - personally saw him retiring there myself. Perhaps they want Fabregas to fill his position in the team and start alongside Matic or Ramires. It wouldn't be like for like, but Fabregas would get some of the goals and lots of the assists that he was responsible for.

Chelsea are rumoured to be after koke along with Barca. I don't see them
Showing interested in fabregas as well as koke,

I believe the only ones in the running are us with Chelsea unfortutntly I see us being clowns and me Woodward having another terrible window
