Just wondered does anyone think Pedro could be an option for an attacker? I would love Lewandowski but I really can't see it. Pedro can play the wide man. And is available? With Rooney taking the number 9 role ( thank god he won't be playing CM) then would Pedro become another option?

If we are in for Pedro, it must make the departure of Di Maria much more likely. Don't think Pedro is an option through the middle, much better out wide. Moreover, I'd still expect a striker, in one way selling Di Maria and buying Pedro would allow for more money to be spent on a striker and a centre back.

The reported twenty million is not bad money for a proven player but the current surplus in this position would put me off. I've said it before though we more than have the money to make mistakes.

If it was down to me is keep ADM as I think he'll come good, and go all out for Lewandowski! Bring in Ramos/Otamendi and we're done! Keep De Gea another year. Tidy!
