He's never going to start on Sunday or probably be in the squad, he is at least 2-3 weeks behind everyone else in match fitness. Possible will be a sub by the Hull game but I suspect he will make his first start for the City game and probably score the winner, cause that is how football works.

I think you may be surprised mate, he has been keeping fit and I would expect him in the squad by the Southampton game, if not Sunday, we will not be waiting a month until we see him start for us, we just paid £90 million for him!

He may be fit but we don't want him pulling anything in his 1st game. I thnk he'll be in as soon as his numbers say he is fit enough.

partying for 3 weeks in miami and playing basketball and a bit of thai boxing doesn't do anything for match fitness or game time. very surprised if he plays any part this sunday. he will also need time to fit into joses team plans and his specific role.
