Just read the interview over at the team site with Ander Herrera. Just cannot fathom how anyone could not respect this guy.

Hope he stays for a long time and keeps giving unbelievable effort on match day.

I'm sure I saw him dishing out instructions whilst others were celebrating a goal on Sat. Great mentality, especially given some of the big names he plays alongside.

Agree 100%, puts his hard hat on and just gets on with it. Does not seek the limelight which is nice to see these days.

He should've been given the captaincy ages ago. Lvg nearly ruined him. Luckily, he was allowed to flourish and we're seeing the benefits.
