The 15m is part of the Rooney deal, we pay a max of 15m depending on how much fags, booze and pies he puts away over the next two seasons.

If Rooney was not leaving then how much would this transfer cost? 75+15m add ons and instead of paying 15 mill add one we give them Rooney?

Total 110 million as I see it or is it 75 mil and the add ons is Rooney valued at 15mil.
