I'd like a pint of what Jose's drinking "int he first 35 minuted we played the eBay football we have this season". Happy with the win but I thought that was the worst we have played so far. I do have a tooth abscess so I'm probably preoccupied but other than the last 10 minutes, does anyone think we were playing well?

Not really no. But he can't come out in public an say we were awful. In private he may be saying different.

I know Mort, but he doesn't have to go overboard. 4-0 is brilliant and we look like we have extra gears that we can click into. I thThe ugh a lot f players looking ken sluggish today, Rashford was poor, Lukaku never stopped trying but also looked a bit rusty. Not sure that Matic and Fellaini works as a pairing for me, I thin Matic and Herrera might work better. Still, 4-0, 16 goals in 5 games, only 2 conceded, happy happy days.

Lukaku and Matic have had major impacts on the team.
Lukaku stretches play giving the players behind more space.
Magic is a defensive player, and even in an interview Mkhi said we can go forward and rely on Magic defensively.
Can't wait for league cup and minutes being given to the non-starters.
I'd be very surprised if we didn't make like 7-8 changes atleast.

Thing is, it's about the other teams around us and our own confidence. He says we played well and other teams believe it, look at the score and get scared of us, like the old days. And our players get a boost from hearing it too (then behind closed doors he can tell them they can do better) . It makes sense to say it and no sense to say the opposite.
