If Ole pulls up trees then money talks and I can't see him going back to Molde (first month will tell the club a lot) . If he doesn't then the club will make the change and I imagine start serious planning soon - it's risk free because literally anybody with a smile on their face could do better with this group of players now. Unfortunately Jose is a fantastic coach but lost too many of the players imo. His style suited a different type of team and era.

I'm delighted we have hired a manager that knows the Utd way and is intelligent, young and will not be too proud to try new things and evolve. The club need to have a manager that let's the players play, we will see how good they really are over the coming months and that is great for whoever does end up coming in.

I'm optimistic and hope Ole get's the boys playing positive football, the fans and players all need to start enjoying it again.

Can we get a pool going to see when Beast turns on Ole?

I'll say 7:30pm on Saturday night when a 2-0 win at Cardiff isn't good enough.

I'm only joking mate. Welcome back to the light!

Cheers Mumbles, most optimistic I've been for an age. He needs Christmas to turn around the rot in the changing room which can be done that quick imo, so long as he is sincere and let's the players do their thing on the pitch.

Ole has the right credentials for me, I think his rawness is an asset, Danny knows what I'm talking about, lol!

I can’t agree about Solskjaer, have to respect the legend but it is a huge risk. Long term it is Pochettino for me.

Poch really? You told me he had won nothing etc only a month ago.
Solskjaer isn't a risk it a short term appointment until we get the man we want .
Which will all be sorted all ready.

There are risks with any manager we put in if the background structure is not there, if Mourinho can’t do it the decision is difficult. I don’t believe it was a month ago either, are you a time lord? If you go back to when LvG was in place I wanted it to be a preparation for Pep, the club had no such plan. I said then it had to be Mourinho but Pochettino was a dark horse to be considered. Now, It is a risk that he hasn’t won anything but when you take his development of young players into account together with our youth potential he has become my No1 choice.

Good thing about Solskjær is that he knows both Pogba and Lingard as players pretty good. They both won the youthcup with him as manager and there could not be any better man to come in atm.
Think he could get the best out of pur strikers, and all his teams are set up to score more than the other team. The only thing is the physical aspect, cause he wants to press high and always press the ball. Could take a few games for them to sort it out, though.
