Loftus-Cheek is very injury prone and so I would be cautious about signing him. A good player.

The club is trying to protect itself by getting Jones, Smalling and Young to sign new contracts but the truth is who wants these players? Any transfer fees would be minimal.

I would of preferred to see them leave for nothing to free up space on the wage bill for new signings. If we don’t have these players then we can’t play them and then have to play either new signings or youth players coming through.
