Manchester United's representants currently on meeting with Roma's ones for Benatia
1.) The rumours suggest LvG will meet with Sabotini very soon. Benatia prefers BM move, but BM's and Roma's valuation miles apart. This could be where we have the advantage. But we have so many fingers in so many pies, I just cannot see things going our way. I really hope I am wrong on this one.

Roma defender Mehdi Benatia is flying to England for talks over a move to Manchester United, Sky sources understand. Talks are reportedly continuing between the two clubs to agree terms on a deal for the Morocco international, with United keen to add to their thin defensive options.

Ed002, I wouldn't trust Jim White as far as I could throw him :)
Sky Italia were bemused by his Tweet as it wasn't confirmed by them.
I think Jim likes to think he's top man.
