Central midfielder Roberto Pereyra is having a medical for Juventus today. Possible replacement fir Vidal?

1.) Isn't he a winger?

2.) Hardly a replacment, he plays left wing (even though he's right footed).
Vidal is central.

3.) He's a winger mate.

4.) He's not a direct replacement, but Juve seem to have found a lot of money all of a sudden and are spending it quickly. Are they about to accept a fee for Pogba or Vidal or both?

5.) It is funny. They will have spent around 30 million Euros on Evra, Morata and Pereyra and they are very closely linked to Shaqiri who would be over 20 million Euros. I think something is about to happen as they need to finance this.

6.) So the assumption is Juve had a grand total of 0M to spend when the window opened?

7.) IF, that's a big IF. Juve have accepted a deal for Vidal, it might explain why we're denying any interest.

Juve aren't flush for cash. And they're moving quickly, as mentioned above.

Maybe Juve have accepted, but have told us that we must deny anything we're asked until they've made their signings to avoid being taken for a ride by the selling clubs.

Conte walked out - it clearly wasn't because he'd been given no spending money, as they're spending as we speak. Perhaps it was the source of the money he was going to spend.

It just makes no sense that we wouldn't be interested. It's like wanting to buy a Ferrari, and finding out there's a Ferrari for sale, but ignoring the ad.

8.) Loko, it's well known that Juve need to sell one of Pogba or Vidal to be able to buy players this summer.

9.) I expect the vacant Italy job may have had some bearing on Conte's decision. I'd be surprised if a deal for Vidal has been agreed just yet but imagine Juventus may well have made a decision to sell him if nobody offers what they want for Pogba.

13.) Or people are using their common sense. It is certainly strange that Juve have all of a sudden started bidding for players and we know they need to sell Vidal or Pogba this summer to fund their transfers.

15.) Who said MU have signed Vidal? I haven't, Loko never, neither did R7, RS or Fresh. We know that Juve have to sell Vidal or Pogba to be able to buy their targets. In the last week or so they have bought the RM striker for â‚¬20m, they have bidded â‚¬22m for the Sassuolo striker. Signed Ev who isn't cheap considering his signing on fee/salary etc. They have been talking to BM regarding Shaqiri. All in the space of a week. So what has happened in the past week or two for them to go on a shopping spree? I think they may have reached a point in the negotiations where they are close to accepting for either Pogba or Vidal or both, so they have started bringing in their targets and getting their house in order whilst the players are on holiday. That is just my opinion mind.

Just heard Arsenal have outbid us for Ozil. This is really sad day for us all.

Time to bring back the Green and Gold.

1.) Jeez, things must be a bit sad if Wenger and his mob have outbid us.

2.) They can only out bid us if we had bid! Can you honestly see our lovely owners bidding 42 mil for anyone? Unless they can make lots of money commercially coming back in there is no chance!
