GazRed

Come on Gaz!

I know this is a rumour site but it's not a complete and utter fantasy site!

We will sign Pedro and that's probably it I feel.

2.) 28 Jul 2015 15:12:44
Bale would be my choice but I cannot see if happening unfortunately!

3.) 29 Jul 2015 06:35:58
I have heard that to Gaz red, Benitez looking at Reus as a replacement.

Got a mate badgering me about di maria and reus!ed i know you said di maria may very well leave but poss toward the backend of the window, but do you expect us to sell him?and regarding reus is he available and if so are we or would we be at all interested?thanks

GazRed

{Ed001's Note - expect? No, this is footie and expecting anything always leads to you being proven wrong! He is available, but he is very limited in who he would go to, plus on huge money, so it really comes down to PSG or staying I believe. The chances of United agreeing a deal with them are very dependant on other deals, as they will affect how high PSG are willing to go and how low United are willing to go. It is really difficult to say, unless he or LVG start pushing for the move to go through, rather than just being open to it.
As for Reus, for the right price he is available, to finance their spending. I have not heard of any interest from the red side of Manchester. The blue side is a different matter though.}

1.) 16 Jul 2015 08:53:38
Yea i see what you mean anything can happen!hopefully di maria stays and i hope city don't get reus!thanks a lot ed appreciate it

{Ed001's Note - you are welcome mate. Sometimes transfers are straight forward, but this one isn't sadly. Mind if it was what there be to talk about now the excitement from the incoming midfield has died down?}

2.) 16 Jul 2015 08:59:11
Reus would be a top replacement, get him and lewondowski and we are laughing

3.) 16 Jul 2015 09:01:44
My excitement with recent activity hasn't died down i know ha just hoping for that big main striker n cb and i'd b happy!everyone loves a bit of transfer talk

{Ed001's Note - true, otherwise I wouldn't have started the sites in the first place.}

4.) 16 Jul 2015 10:44:46
Imagine getting Reus and Lewandowski
I would piggy back chauffeur Di Maria myself!

😭😆😭😆😉

GazRed

1.) 26 Apr 2015 19:58:29
Was this rumour from a Chelsea fan? We have supposedly been his first choice as far as all the rumours I've seen in the papers go.

2.) 26 Apr 2015 20:26:38
no its from a mate whose also a united fan and works with lads who play footy with bales supposed best mates(sounds far fetched but is actually true). These are the mates that were reported by the media to have gone out with bale but was totally untrue. i replied saying no don't believe it he coming to us this summer ;) so remains to be seen. Just passing on what i heard.

3.) 26 Apr 2015 21:12:55
That would be very disappointing. Bale is made for united IMO.

Alrite everyone, not posted much and not for a long time but I wanted to get everyones take on the word "transition"?

This word gets spoken a lot about our club at the moment including moyesy using it!is it a real excuse for us now?for me no!

man city have been in "transition" since the money men came in and seem to have done alrite even with new manager and new players this season, chelsea changed manager (all be it old manager back at club) doing fine, spurs I wouldn't really say in transition, they lost 1 player again all be it their best and a top top player bale but other than big "hickup" at city are grinding out wins while playin better more attractive football than us even though we have same group of players where they added 7 new players (need time to gel?) now everton, again had 1 manager in place for 11 yrs(if i'm rite) new manager who brought new players in again playin better football than they ever have that's even better than us now and clearly nicely above us in the table!

My point and question is surely there comes a point where "hiding" behind using "transition" is just an excuse!theres been major changes elsewhere including managers AND player changes and are doing ok playin decent football aswell, we have a change in manager but same players and squad, champions last year, yet as was said yesterday we are not "clicking"?its not like we've got 6 new players to bed in!surely there comes a point where moyes has to take blame and as much as I want to support him he's not helping himself with team selection, tactics and especially off the field interviews IMO. How long do you give him including how much money to spend!

apologies for long post just didn't know how else to put it ha

GazRed

1.) Well put Gazred

2.) GAZ

You answered your own question. NEW Players added to already very good squads.

Did you know we have spent 1/4 of what city have spend in the last 3 windows and 1/3 of what chelsea have spent.

Neither are clicking to their maximum potential given change of management but when you have that much quality on the pitch, they win matches for you.

3.) God created united

How can you say fellani needs time. He hasn't arrived from another country.he has played in prem league for well over 3 years. He is useless donkey.
The problem with United is moyes is out of his depth players don't trust him, what has he ever won in his managerial career or player. Look how well Everton are doing with a. Modern thinking manager. I never wanted moyes. I stick to my prediction at the beginning of season that we won't finish in top 6

4.) Just like people here who used to call Carrick crap and we should get rid off him and he came from a premiere league team. He is no Carrick but he is not crap either and some of you guys should take a xanax and melow out.

Fancy a bet on your next statement,
C'mon, Make it juicy so at least we can have some excitement for the rest of the season.:)

alrite everyone!calmed down slightly now!having read a lot of posts I do agree with the fact we do have a strong squad with some very good top players and have no issue with that. My problem was with the starting 11 and I believe we have to many "squad players" in the 11; young, clevs, welbs, giggs (maybe not even good enough squad)!fellaini I think will improve us a lot and we will be there or there abouts come may esp if we dip into the market in jan!

Along with I think all of red fans its just the way our club has been handled the last 2-3 months!i like moyes and believe he's not at fault for this but woodward and the board have a lot of questions to answer!

my question to you guys do you think we will get any answers?;to why we wasted so much time on cesc (mayb realistic while villanova in charge with a realistic bid, why we bid silly amounts for players (ie baines & wig), why wait til the last minutes on deadline day to act hence missing out on coentrao and mostly what happend to the herrara deal? eds can you shed some light on exactly what "went down" with this deal?

long time reader, new poster and love it!keep up the great work eds!C'mon Utd! {Ed002's Note - This is from another Editor but I would trust it to be correct: Putting aside all of this flak and interference related to any "imposters" at the Spanish FA, the efforts made by Manchester United to purchase Ander Herrera were over before Ballague implied that these "imposters" extirpated the transaction. The simple truth is that once the price being asked and the costs to be eventually paid were clear to the club, they could see it was well beyond the value the club placed on the player. At that point the club stepped back. So it was the cost and not the distraction of any "imposters" that scuppered the deal.}

GazRed

1.) MU were never going to pay €44m for Herrera, but with more time there could have been a way around paying the extra costs. It was a desperate final day trying to get Modric, Khedira late on, we had all summer to agree a deal with either.

2.) Cheers ed!

Totally agree syd!just think woodward has made us look abit stupid this window!just seemed everything we did this window had "mug" written on it!low bids, unrealistic offers etc and then to get a player that would have cost 4.5million less a few weeks ago just sums up our last 2 months!but heres to a good season!

Embarrassing!was only a fan of fellaini if he was signed as holding mid only along with another CM; all day told herrera, felt quite happy with that only to find out we have no idea how to sign players!with 15mins left looks like we are signing only 1 player and a player whose going to cost £25mil+ when we could haves signed him for MAXIMUM £23mil 6-8 weeks ago!angry, embarrassed, sad!woodward out!

Alrite lads, 1st time poster long long time reader as usually I've calmed down before clicking post!but with that performance and current situation with us i'm raging!giggs?young? along with other "good enough for squad" players we are just not good enough!i felt no real urgency to go get that equaliser, dilly dallying in defence and midfield just frustrates me. Showed today, van persie a little quiet/off form and we got nothing!moyes.woodward must buy!plenty of players who would improve our 11!heres to hoping lads!
