Hi all.
I know this sounds a little 2+2=5 but what if Ronaldo really does want out of Spain and he knew that by pushing the ref (even a gentle shove) would land him with a longer than normal ban. Thus ruling him out of potentially 12 games.
I actually believe he is looking for improved terms on his current Madrid contract but there is no smoke without fire.

For an offense such as pushing a Ref I would expect the FA to up hold any ban he received from the Spanish FA in the event of him moving to the EPL.
He wouldn't want a long ban, it will prevent him from playing and in all likelihood would rule him out of winning things like Player of the year and the Golden boot. For a player as driven as him to win not just team but individual honors it would be devastating.
I suspect it was more frustration boiling over. He picked up a silly yellow for taking his shirt off after scoring then I think the second yellow was harsh. He was tripped and it wasn't a dive. Sure he went down easily but no more so than Suarez did for Barcelona's penalty.

That's a keen eye you have Utd Road. My head says that he will end up at Dortmund but that pic has got my hopes back up.
