We've spent 150million, biggest club in the world, all these multi million sponsorship deals etc, yet every time I see the footage of Falcao arriving at Carrington I can't help but think, would we not bloody fix all them pot holes?
1.) Not sure if you mean potholes in the road, or potholes in our defence and midfield!

Hope Mata signed on the dotted line before watching that, he may be thinking twice now. What a genius SAF was to win the league last season with this lot. Average is been kind to them. Where the hell was Valencia, Evra during the shootout. Bottlers. Fair play to Sunderland. Better team and good luck to them in the final.
1.) Ferguson was a genius to win with this lot yes, but Ferguson did have RVP+Rooney together for a while at least. Also other teams didn't have such strong teams as they do now.

What an absolutely disgrace the way herrera has been treated. Feel sorry for the lad. Our reputation has taken some hammering this summer.
1.) I fully agree.
Utd need appoint someone to replace Woodward, fans need to voice there opinion.
2.) Massively so, the board bashing is totally justified, but no ones mentioned Ander, he must be gutted.
3.) Yeah, as I said to kloot, it doesn't bode well for the future. It will be interesting how clubs treat us in future dealings. I don't think Everton, Bilbao or barca will deal with us.
4.) I am hoping there is a reasonable explanation on Herrera. The player has said he is going to explain everything tomm.
I think the club should show some balls and sack woodward. They might not have a choice as the stock markets hates sh. ty CEO's and his dealings will have done lot's of damage and you might see the stock price take a beating shortly.

Well that herrera news just about sums up the farce that has taken place at our club this summer. We've been had boys.
Fresh, you have constantly gone on about Rafael being better than Coleman. Where are you coming up with this from? Granted Rafael had a good season last season but look at him this year. 1 step forwad 2 steps backwards. I won't mention his list of deficiencies as i'd be here all night but he was worst than Evra quite a lot this year. Coleman on the other hand has improved every single season since he was on loan at Blackpool. Every season he has got better to now arguably being the best right back in the league. So what makes Rafael better?
No doubt its a lot of money for an 18year old, however he has shown and continues to show that he has every chance of been one of if not the best left backs in Europe in the next couple of years. We could easily go through 27 million over the next 3-4 years buying other options that end up not cutting it or we could just take the plunge now and likely fill a position for the next 10-12 years.

We basically have 5 players fighting for 3 spots. RVP, Rooney, Falcao, Mata, Januzai. I don't think that's too extreme and they will all get plenty of minutes even without European and League Cup football.

Agree totally, we can all have our opinions on our own players but to act like that is disgraceful.

The 3 we currently have Evans, Smalling and Jones to go with hopefully Hummels and give Michael Keane a chance in the first team squad I think is enough. Also can see Carrick been used in a 3 at the back. Think this is sufficient for this season at least. I am sure there will also be plenty of games this season where we play a traditional back 4 so no need to overload on centre backs imo. Big season for Evans, Smalling and Jones ahead. Can see at least 1 if not 2 of them going in the next 12 months if they don't progress and start staying injury free.

Get a grip mate will ya. Vidal has not ruled out coming to Manchester United. Search for the video, its not even news worthy. Ed002 has said we're interested and a bid was imminent so believe that more than Vidal saying no no no when hounded by a journalist in an airport asking if he was going to Manchester. What do you expect him to say? And Herrera and Shaw go no way to repairing the weaknesses we have? Seriously?
