Credible ITK saying United have bid £85 million for Sancho with £25 million due in instalments. A bid Dortmund Would accept. Here we go again, more rubbish or finally is this happening?

I don’t think it’s a credible ITK at all.

I read this a few hours ago too. I'm sure it's rubbish but we live in hope.

From what ED002 has said, Dortmund set a price. It’s really high. United believed they could get the player for cheaper. Made a fool of themselves, and are now looking at alternatives (Costa, Brooks) with Grealish more likely to be our big money signing.

Credible and ITK in the same sentence? A first surely.
I hope a Sancho deal is done for obvious reasons. And not least as his plane has been taxiing for a good 3 weeks now. But we just do not seem to have the money for such a mega signing. We reportedly had £90m in cash in the bank when C. V. hit and accessed £140m of our £150m revolving credit facility to support us through the C.V. Appreciate Eds etc don't like going into the finances but that doesn't seem to suggest we are going into this transfer window all guns blazing to add the 3 or 4 quality players as a minimum we know we need. I strongly suspect we will have a net spend of £50-60m this summer. So a lot going out the door if Sancho is to come in. Hope I an wrong!

When Dortmund set their deadline, they weren't messing about.
