Good morning everyone - Ed, reading that EtH is now the club's firm favourite for the job and an announcement will be made to this effect over the coming couple of weeks. Has the club shifted its preference to EtH now over Poch?

Ed, if United do end up getting Ten Hag, do you expect that Ten Hag will have given the club some demands around the structure above him? Conscious you have said in the past that it may not work well for Ten Hag based on our current structure.
