Psg are not all that but is tough. Rbl are tricky but lost their striker don't know anything about the Turks. With our squad we should qualify.

Tricky group, PSG have a better side, while RB Lipzig don't have better players, yet they do have one of the best young tactical managers in world football. While the Turkish side will be an unknown.

I think we can get out of this group, and oddly I feel a little more comfortable being in a tougher group than an easier group. We have often been a little lax when we have had an easier group.

If you want to progress, you've got to beat the best. I'm happy with this draw, hopefully we can judge where we're at with some tricky games, it's a group that looks harder to get out but will be easier in some ways, hate when we seem to have a easy group and struggle, the squad will be fired up for psg and rbl games, and we always seem to up our game against bigger sides.

This squad we’ve got haven’t got the mentality of old that it don’t matter if they’ve got a better team we’ll still do anyone on our day. It’s worrying I think we’ll be shown up but maybe we need it for things to be sorted. I don’t really post but it’s bugging me lately I’ve never felt like this about United, we’ve got a good group of young players that if coached properly could be something else.
We need our defence sorted, a younger mobile holing midfielder and that 1 star to for the rw to be somewhere near with a proper manager and back room staff. On the ropes about about martial aswell he can put some classy balls in the net I just don’t think he’s a out and out striker that’ll give you them scruffy goals that matter.
I just think there’s a long road in front of us until things are right again.

PSG give us a good test. I’m looking forward to those fixtures as it will show us where we are amongst the rest of Europe.

I see Liverpool, City and Bayern as the standout clubs in Europe. The rest is anyone’s guess.

Good post RedBenji, I think you are right about it being a long road. A lot of players are 3 years from reaching their peak but fans aren’t that patient. We can ease the transition by bringing in one or two players around 27/ 28 (such as Telles) to add quality while others are developing. Whether or not we can do that, time will tell.
