I’m here watching Spurs crush West Ham and wondering why did we sack Jose? He’s clearly a winner taking Spurs from strength to strength, it’s disgraceful we sacked such a winner. Woodward out, Ole out, Glazers out, Fred the Red out, the tea lady out, everybody out. Get Jose back in, he’ll restore the glory days.

Obviously sarcasm AJH, but perhaps Jose not the outdated dinosaur he has been labelled.
Surprising what can happen when he is allowed to manage.

He plays poor football and it was never the right fit given he was living in a hotel.

One of my good mates is a Spurs fan and the way he talks about them (albeit not as much recently) just reminds me of how most of us felt when he was our manager.

Its Jose's fabled second season, of course he is going to win playing attractive football, just like he did in 2017-18 for us. Then next season him and Levy will have a bust up and it will all implode.

Have to say, he does come across well in All or Nothing.

I think Jose is a different beast when working in London with his family around him. Or maybe he jus hasn't hit his three year meltdown yet.

Di Maria was excellent at Benfica, at Real Madrid and now at PSG, but was absolute garbage at United. Not all players suit our club, nor do all managers. That doesn't mean they are terrible players/ managers just ones that are not suited to our club. Either they don't want to be here, or their style doesn't fit, or maybe they don't settle in well, maybe they don't like the city or they clash with other personalities at the club.

We tried Jose and he didn't work, maybe that was the club, maybe that was the players or maybe Jose just didn't truly want to be at the club and never gave his all or was unable to during his entire time. All ifs buts and maybes.

Pure genius from Moyes to engineer that comeback. Jose will be saltier than ever.

Of course it was a joke, a double edged joke could have gone either way. Hence why it was such a poor joke.

Think the responses were more to do with the constant whinging about reactions to performances, when in reality, they aren't nearly as bad as when we played poorly under Mourinho.
