Ole loves the club, understands the club, knows what it takes to succeed as a player. But the job he has now is, and will always be too big for him.

Ole knows how to set up defensively and counter, he has only managed small clubs by comparison and does not know how to play any other way, we need to be imposing ourselves on teams not set up as an underdog, granted players need to implement things and take responsibility which they don't often enough but a combination of not enough players of the right quality and mentality, a coach who is not of the ability to coach players to that level and a recruitment strategy which seem intent on backing out on managers after 1 transfer window has led this club to disaster with the manager clearly not getting what they want and should have in every window to build a team sufficiently, a recipe for disaster but as I keep harping on, until upstairs is sorted out we may aswell all co manage united cz nothing will change.

Ole doesn’t understand a thing, he is absolutely clueless. That being said none of the players seem to understand either. They’re all thick as rubbish these days.
