What is your opinion on this Leeds United team?
I love the way they play and they are entertaining and fun to watch.
Won't mind biesla as our coach too.

I think the first ‘big’ team to sack their manager this season will look at Bielsa as an option. But he seems to be driven not so much by money as a challenge. Who knows if he would move to us but he’d be an interesting choice if and when it comes to it.

If Bielsa is driven by a challenge then he'll love the United job.

I'd go as far as saying there isn't a harder job anywhere in world football right now.

You have to win pretty much every game, while playing great football, with a disjointed and unbalanced group of players, some of which have a questionable attitude/ work ethic, with a board who don't know anything about football but will decide themselves who the club sign, often not signing your first choice, most likely your 4th or 5th choice, or maybe even a player in a completely different position, have a board/ chairman who'll back you publicly but not begin closed doors, with no help from anyone, but with all the expectancy of the fans breathing down your neck, the fans will psycho analyse your every move, you'll either be too passive on the side lines, or too energetic, your tactics will always be questioned whether you win, lose or draw, and after you have given absolutely everything, unless you win absolutely everything all the time with the greatest football ever seen the fans will still call for your head😂.

That’s an impressive sentence Shappy and I’m not sure I disagree with any clause of it!

Prateek

You can tell what Bielsa is trying to do, see the plan, the pattern he has set. They play a nice brand of attacking football with players that are not £50m. You can’t see that with us, we don’t have a pattern.

Idont think we would go for Bielsa, he is known as down to Earth, lives in a flat, walks to the training ground and sits in a coffee shop working. I suspect they are keen on Poch, if they ever see sense over Solskjaer.

As to how hard a job ours is, £7.5m a year and we are not allowed to be objective about it because Ole is one of our own.

Hands down, the longest sentence I have ever read on here 😂.

Good post Shappy.
