It is a big test for United, but there is also pressure on RB and their highly thought of manager Nagelsmann. He got done at OT, fancy jacket or not, despite all the pressure they had, they forgot what our method of attack is, left a very high line and got caught by pace. Let's see what Nagelsmann is made of, he should guess what we are going to do and a high press is risky for them. They need the first goal but if they get it, it will depend whether they can be typically German and efficient because if we have to play more expansively it plays into their hands. They do know that given space we have, in several individuals, the ability to score a couple of goals quickly and playing appallingly doesn't mean we cannot score.

I have no idea what United will turn up, I do know that if we have to react or change direction mid game that our manager and coaching staff are poor at that. I imagine we will play 5.3.2 and try to use Telles pushing forward when he can. I feel we might scrape a draw in a very nervy way, possibly a late equaliser.

Red Man i think this is the type of game where Ole comes to the party. This is a pressure game and Ole under pressure is twice the manager what Pep ever is :D. So my guess is that we will win today. RBL have to win, a draw suits us, so, they will have to come out and score and that suits us.

I'm not sure if RBL can play another way other than pressing high. All their players skillsets are more suited to hard running and quick transitions. They will need to adapt and be more patient and use the ball intelligently to open up chances. I don't see a clever orchestrator of play in their ranks.

I could be wrong, but I think we will play with a back three and look to hit them quickly on the break. While they won't have Upamecano to clean up. I think we will win 3-1.

I tend to agree with Shan on this one. United usually turn up when it matters and against the better teams who come on to us. With Rash and Mason up top I can see us catching them again. I just hope he doesn't do something stupid like play James for pace on the counter.

Thats the thing with Ole though, isn't it SAF. You never know with him. He might actually do that, with Cavani and Martial missing, he has an excuse ready. 😁😁.
