Me on Ole. We’ve heard from Klopp, Pep was brilliant, let’s hear what you have to say.

Fans are in uproar, if enough Managers and players stand up for what is right then I don’t see how it happens.

As each hour passes I get more and more annoyed at the ignorant and entitled few who think they can do what they want. The FA needs to grow some balls and tell them that if they go ahead then that is the only competition they are in.

Agreed AJH. To be honest, I don't think Ole will say anything to upset the owners. Klopp and Pep are nearly untouchable. Watching Klopps interviews last night, that's the first time iv seen him rattled.

Pep spoke brilliantly.

Ole really needs to say he doesn't like it.

We have players coming out in opposition of it. We need the coaches too but I do think he'll be too afraid to.

{Ed014's Note - I wouldn’t have described Klopp as rattled, seething yes but not rattled.

He knew what had happened and he clearly didn’t like it.

I agree Mumbles, even if he does say something I expect it to be bland. I’d love him to stand up and say this is a dreadful idea. I’d love the players to issue a joint statement saying they don’t want to be part of a closed shop, a lot of them started at smaller clubs.

Tony, I would take back everything I have ever said about Ole if he stands up for the club on Friday.

Ed14, he was seething, he was rambling, his attack on Neville was bizzare, like he wasn't able to have a go at someone and it just happened to be Neville in the cross hairs.

Conceding a late goal never helped. I'd imagine his next conference he'll be a lot more measured. Terrible situation to be chucked in after a difficult season on and off the pitch for him.

{Ed014's Note - ahh sorry Mumbles, I didn’t see his post match interview just the one before and I think you’re talking about the one after the game as you mention the late goal and Gary Nev.

Totally agree on klopp, mumbles but the reply by Neville shows he has his head screwed on tight and won't be used as a klopp stressball. a lot of anti united supporters are actually coming out and supporting nevilles passion; its a pity it will probably fall on deaf ears as the water has been tested for a good few years on this esl and it seems like FSG are leading the charge to get things changed closely followed by the rest. I wasnt solid on the idea of EPL back in the 90's or Sky getting a ride on its back but it hasn't been TOO horrific. However this change I fear will condemn the majority of lower league clubs to amateur status at best and some former great, founder clubs will suffer along the way. That is a price not worth paying imo.
Going back to the point raised about OGS standing up; I don't think he will in any real context as i think he realises his level in the world of management and the club. its going to be an interesting day, friday.

It will be interesting, Ole will have had more time than the others to receive information on the proposal. Some of the others claim to have not had anything so have been able to sit on the fence.

Ole would betray the fans massively by doing anything other than speaking out against it.
