Who's Next now after LVG (not saying that he should be sacked but once he is gone)?

Who would do better a better job and who would you prefer, Will the younger players get Chance to shine under them?
Will we go for the world class talents and go on another spending spree to get instant success?
Like every other Fan, Confused about the future of the club. don't want to be next Liverpool for sure : (

Ancelotti was first choice apparently after SAF. That should still not change now.
