Most people seem to be done with lvg. I understand some decisions he's made have been baffling and people strongly dislike the style of play but is sacking him now the answer? At this moment the only real possible replacement is Ancelotti who I'm not convinced about him long term.

Who is the right man to take us where we all want to be? The thing is that fergie did such an amazing job that now anyone coming is under unbelievable pressure to achieve success. The club needs to lay foundations and needs to be run properly from top to bottom with a plan in place. We are currently the laughing stock of the league as far as the champions league has gone this season. This has to be something that won't sit well with figures at the club like Sir Bobby, Sir Alex, Giggsy and so on. Spending money is one thing bit it needs to be with a vision of where we are heading. If the board are unsure on lvg they have to make a decision for the long term future of the club. Recruitment in and out of the club in the summer and before has been a serious issue for me. We let players go and in the main never replaced them. Have we spent the money wisely or strengthened in the areas we needed most say no. The worry is lvg is dated and not able to take us to the next level. This job is fast becoming the toughest in football alongside real and the england jobs.

My guess is that we will look for a new manager in the summer. Klopp would have been a great choice. Ancelotti is a respected name. Would Pochettino be a genuine possibility?

Do Barcelona need a long term coach to suicide let's just get someone who can do the job and stop looking for a long term coach.
