A lot made of city's 7 goals at the weekend, they had a front line
Sterling Jesus and sane, sterling is the oldest at 22 years old .
How would them 3 do in the United team and how would our 2 young lads martial and rash do in the city team?

Good point Jred,

Jesus is probably the best of the lot but I don't think there's much between Rashford, Martial, Sane and Sterling.

I think Sane would be great for us whilst I obviously haven't seen as much of him as the Utd lads he seems to be more of a natural wide player than Rashford or Martial. He's left footed so maybe he could play on the right wing instead of Mata to add some pace and penetration to our team?

I think Martial would be fantastic in the City side given Pep's inclination for attacking football. He'd play higher up the pitch and be given more licence in that left channel to run at players and create things. The same could be said for Rashford.

Good point about martial Danny. I said before if he's forced to play as a traditional left winger, ie to track back and cover the whole touchline, then he won't prosper. He's a wide attacker/ inverted winger (or whatever you want to call it these days), who's also arguably our best finisher, and he needs to be played to his strengths.

And having poor excuses for left backs behind him makes matters worse.
That said, he can definitely try harder at times.

Martial doesn't make enough selfish runs to play in a pep team, prefers the ball to feet too much.

Martial is lazy and whilst he remains so he won't get any better. Has the ability but lazy.
