Great result, something i expected, this team is better in these kind of games .
De Gea was world class today.
Bissaka dominated everyone with his accurate tacklings but he must be more careful inside our box because he is usually one touch away from conceding a penalty.
Telles was good in his first appearance, a smart guy, i think not world class defencively although solid but great going forward. He has a nice touch of the ball and good crosses. It was the first time i have seen 3-4 very good corners in a row for a long long time.
Our central defenders were superb, very smart, helping and covering each other and Tuanzebe showed us the reason many said that he is a big talent. It was his first start for a long time but still he was very calm, assured and "matched" Empampe in one to one.
I think it was Fred's best game for us, the work rate is there every time he plays but today the difference is that he was more sure with the ball making less mistakes covering a lot of ground and especially making an extra touch (when needed) in order to break their press.
Mactominay was one of the best. Hard working, good passes, pressed, closing down and leading action all over the place. Althought he had a yellow card early on he never was in danger of conceding a second yellow.
Bruno was (along with Mactominay) a great leader, good passes, good when pressed, holds the ball (very important when you play with 5 at the back) , pressed a lot, worked his schocks off and never hidded.
I know you won't like this but the front two were our problem today. They didn't run and press a lot. Awful decision making. During the match i was thinking that (althought he is not my cup of tea) with Kavani upfront we would score 4-5 goals.
The star today was Ole. He made the right decisions pre match and during the match, when Pari get tired, changed Telles with Pogba so we played with a diamond and took again the control of the game-after a short spell they dominated us. Credit where is due.

I've got no problem with our front two today. Some mistakes, yes, but Marcus Rashford scored when it mattered.
