Listened to Gary Neville and Roy Keane talk about whether Ole is right for the job. As much as he is their mate I thought Gary made some very good points about the lack of tactics and set style of play.

Worth a watch if you didn't see it.

Good thing its taken gary neville two years to work out we would be better off with a coach who had some tactics and a style of play which suits a dominant, big club.

Part of the reason Ole got the job in my opinion was the way the like of gary neville and rio ferdinand were gushing over Ole when he was caretaker manager. Reality was we didn't have much tactics or a style of play back then either and they were pretty irresponsible in backing him for the job back then.

They should be holding the club to account for not getting. A DoF and a top manager as they said they would when mourinho got sacked.

Ive always found Gary to be quite vocal about the structure of the club and the "people higher up" in charge of recruitment.

Shame the Glazers don't watch Sky Sports.
