Ole is a good manager that is not tactically good. Their are coaches that are good tactically but bad managers. The harmony in man utd dressing shows ole management abilities. However he needs good tactical assistant.

Tukorish, good coaching certainly would help but Ole cannot afford to just be the players manager he needs to be more than that.

A manager needs to lead the club on and off the pitch with his confidence, decisiveness and be dynamic and flexible to adapt to situations that present themselves. Even with a better tactical assistant the manager needs to be bold and have the risk taking abilities when the tactics go wrong and be able to take some tough decisions.

One thing that is striking with Ole is that he puts a lot of emphasis on trust and seems to acknowledges only people who he trusts and probably ignores others who are probably more eligible. This is evident on his over reliance on his first choice players even though he does have options.
