OK so I've been an Ole supporter since he started and think overall he's done a good job but there was one thing that enfuriated me yesterday. In the last few minutes of the game, he was giving out some instructions with a massive grin on his face.

I get he does it in press conferences to lower the press coverage after a match but doing it when your about to drop 2 points at home just says to the players 'don' t worry about it'.

Ferdinand spoke about getting into the dressing room quick after a bad result because the manager was going to explode and this spurred him and all the players on. But Ole's motto of we go again seems to just be 'ah there's always next time'.

I wouldn't mind if we had a good performance this season but in general the football's been woeful. Good finishing and good goalkeeping won't win you anything.

As a Leeds fan the pain of watching you guys win everything and at the same time see us in League 1 was no fun but credit to you, no matter the banter between us u are a massive club.
And a massive club needs a manager that reflects that. Legend that Ole was he is no Alpha male. Just look at Klopp, Ferguson even Dyche! Its chalk and cheese and if I was a Man Utd supporter i'd be fuming at having him in charge.
From a Leeds perspective please keep him. ( yes I know you thrashed us but that's Bielsa's failing when setting up against you rather than Oles genius. )

TJ. He scored a legendary goal but in the eyes of many he was no more than a good squad player. As he said himself earlier in the week he spent most of his time here on the bench and a good chunk on the treatment table with a bad injury but he was liked by many.

But your right he is not nor was he ever the right man for the job. A totally uninspirational character that surround him self with slightly more inspirational people like phelan and Carrick. The 3 of them should retire and open up a funeral parlour the miserable shower of boring gits.

Ken,

As has been mentioned every time you say his Ole was a lot lot better than you think he was and perhaps you should go and watch his goal compilation, there is a reason he’s a legend and it’s not just because of 99, he was a phenomenal finisher and most of his goals came after 99 in a great side in them couple of years after 99 where we played some great football and won the leagues easily.

I get he’s not a great manager and you don’t like him but ‘in the eyes of many’ he was a legend as a player, each to their own though.

Averaged 9 goals a season over 11 years that's not very good for a 1st team player but above average for a squad player. He was phenomenal at nothing imo and the stats back that up completely.
Some see him as a legend but he played less than John o shea. Says it all really.

Oh Ken, never mind.

We’ve done all this before, we get you don’t like him.

I don't like Alan shearer but he was phenomenal.
Like is not clouding my judgement at all.
