Alonso will be moving from Real to Bayern. What are the chances that Real will move for Vidal to replace him?

It would be the ultimate kick in the teeth if Real ended up using some of the Di Maria money to fund a move for the player we actually needed. I suspect we'll find out soon enough. Unlike us - Real get things done quickly.

Would they replace Alonso having already signed Kroos earlier in the window? Is Alonso leaving because of the Kroos signing or are RM selling Alonso and looking to replace him?

That really would stick it in and break it off especially with Guarin going to Juve(allegedly)

That's probably why they give Modric a new deal last week, so when they sign Vidal he doesn't kick up a fuss and try and force a move.

Deyno - It's hard to say. Alonso is getting on a bit now and the word is that he asked to leave. He signed a new three year contract last season and he's been a fantastic player for them - so I imagine they will have wanted to keep him. There's a chance it's because he was worried about his game time next season but I imagine he wanted to get one more big contract in before hanging up his boots.

Assuming that Bale, Ronaldo, Rodriguez and a striker (Falcao) are going to be first choice - RM currently have Modric, Kroos, Illarramendi and Khedira battling it out for 2 midfield spots (I think Isco would be back-up for Rodriguez).

Khedira looks like he'll leave in the next twelve months and so I expect he'll be used as backup rather than being first choice. Illarramendi made a fair few appearances last season but wasn't particularly impressive and I don't see him having a long term future with the club despite his hefty price-tag. That leaves Kroos and Modric as first choice and adequate cover in Khedira and Illarramendi.

I don't think Real need Vidal - but I can very much see them signing him. It's a very 'Real' thing to do. The thought of Falcao, Bale, Ronaldo, Rodriguez, Kroos and Vidal in the same team is frightening though. Probably the best and deadliest front six ever assembled.

I thought that money is going to the falcao transfer

Pretty sure the money they get from us is going on the falcao move

I would not be at all surprised if they take Falcao on loan for the season for a fee with a view to buying him outright next season. Either way Falcao will not cost £64m. I expect he could be signed for between £40m and £50m. We will see shortly.
