is it just me because all us fans no we need more additions in a couple of areas (more midfield) and dm and utd r doing nothing about it. why. I can see us getting nobody and can see us finishing 4th -6th in league everyone is buying were not dm your not at everton anymore we must have money to spend fergie had about 50mil each season put your own mark on the team. why is kagawa not playing? why is zaha not playing and zaha was one of the players of preseason. like many fans I think he's a very good manager but your not showing us this yet. there's players out there who are excellent players and available and fit in our squad so wy are you not trying to sign them. can somebody please explain to me? a clueless fan:(((

Calm down things are happening behind the scenes. Panic when Monday passes if we don't buy. But still don't panic much as remember we are the champions. We are still a winning squad. That won't change overnight.

Welshy, I still think we will have 2-3 in by the close of the window. If we sign Fellani and Luis as rumoured this morning I'm opening an Afro wig stall outside OT. Zaha still needs more experience at a higher level, that was plain to see when he was brought on for England the other week. Not sure about Kagawa but don't think he has been 100% fit but think he will play a part against Liverpool. I'm hoping for a triple signing this week, Fellani, Luis and Modic. Cross everything, come on DM cheque book out son!

Mark, granted we need CM reinforcements, that's obvious to see and hopefully we strengthen there in the next week.

But to say we will finish 4/6th what have you been smoking? Rediculous statemet! We are Ye champions, we've started the season fairly well, and even if we don't add to the squad we will still be in the title race. 4th to 6th. Jesus!

The team could still win the league without signing anyone. I think that has been made pretty evident over the past few weeks.

Chelsea will be our biggest rivals this season. I don't fancy that City side one bit.

I also expect us to get to the last 8 of the CL league this season, at the very least.

We have world class players' all over the pitch. If we can't get better player' in then I am happy and confident to go with what we have got.

I no where your coming from mate, kagawa has had a mixed pre season and with the hard start of the season we have, moyes is going with trusted players, I'd expect kagawa to have a big season, on signings it's a worry that we haven't made any signings, but I think we forget how good our team is, and maybe we only need Fellani, there's loads of players I'd like to see but it's the midfield that let's us down

I think you're didn't want to say World Class. We have great players in each position, but we only have RVP and Rooney (on form) to be called World Class players.

It's a long season and if Carrick gets injured, we're doomed. We have a balanced squad but we need real great players in some weak areas, i.e CM.

It all depends on what you constitute as world class. For me, we have world class CB's in Vidic and Rio, a world class CM in Carrick and a World class CF in Van Persie - not to mention Rooney. Those player' have consistently delivered at the highest level, thus - IMO - they are world class.

I meant to add that I agree that we do need to strengthen; but I don't think it is an absolute necessity, that will affect our chances of winning silverware.

Nick86, if Vidic is not a world class central defender, I don't know what world class is.

Nick, if Vidic or Rio had plied their trade in Spain or Italy for any of our equivalent teams over the last few years, you'd consider them world class.

Classic example of not appreciating what we have in front of us.
