Hi guys, Long time reader but don't really post much. Was having this argument with a colleague the other day and feel it's relevant for this group too having read some of the comments. I'll use maguire as an example, according to the press Leicester want 80+ million and near on all fans are saying he ain't worth it but I feel its irrelevant. Leicester DO NOT want to sell him so they have stuck a fee on him to scare us off. If we want the player we have to meet what they want simple as that, whether he be viewed as worth it or not. Either that or walk away. It really bugs me when people say he ain't worth x blah blah. He is to the selling club!

Is pogba worth 180. Not in my opinion but if madrid want him that's the price.

If X player is worth that, then Y player must be worth that is such a nonsense way to look at transfers.

Leicester are ambitious and are financially sound. We want to sign one of their best players who has just signed a long term deal. The price is whatever Leicester want. We either pay, or we move on.

That's what i agreed with mumbles. I used pogba as an example. Exact same as maguire.
