What a disappointing performance second half, so so poor with the ball, lethargic and sloppy and got what we deserved! City arsenal etc go there and put four or five past them they were there for a pasting . Reality is we're not that team yet! But plenty to be positive about, we're improving no end and can't wait to see how we develop further over next twelve months.
Let's go and beat these gunners Sunday, I feel we can and tonight's reality check won't do them any harm because ETH will be livid!

A lot of us disapointed tonight with 2 points dropped but i think it still shows progress as 12 months ago we would have been happy to come away with a point.

Exactly half way through the season and 3rd in league under a new coach. not too shabby a lot of us would have been happy wit that first day of season.

Well Arsenal have been there and put 2 past them. Not a great performance but can’t play great every game especially playing twice a week and after the huge effort from the weekend it’s not a huge surprise there was a drop off tonight. Without a great free kick we get a win, but probably deserved a draw. We move on.

I thought Palace raised there game compared to last few times I watched them and we didn't try hard enough to get a second goal. Always a tricky fixture for us but our bench showed we're not quite ready for a title challenge yet as we had little attacking threat available to change the how the game was going.

I expected a come down from Saturday and there it was. Proves to be a bit of a reality check to any title talk but it’s another point in our top 4 search. Listen we are in a position none of us thought come end of august so let’s keep positive and see where we end up. 3/ 4th would be a great first season and then hopefully build again next year. We all know our squad depth is poor especially in key positions so there will be more games like last night especially as the fixtures are coming thick and fast and rotation is necessary. Sunday now will be incredibly difficult with Casemiro missing, hopefully eth has a plan to compensate and we can get at least something from the game.
