Bruno guimares top target ed? What are the thoughts of people on him.

I think he is one of the best in his position, if not the best. Ed001 is there a player profile for Bruno Guimaraes?

No problem Ed001 and no need if you have not have time. He is a player we know him very well anyway and i think he is one of the best. Only problem is his age but then he has experience and it would be a buy similar to Casemiro, but a better player maybe

Would be the ideal choice to replace Casemiro. Have checked his stats and, for a midfield player, he's got a fair few goals and assists for Newcastle and is a real leader for them.

I just can't see them selling their captain, and if they need money, I would assume players like Tonali/Gordon would be above Bruno G in the list to raise funds.

Fair point, DSG. Bruno is the heartbeat of their team and their talisman. They'd go nuts up there if they sold him.

@DSG, Bringing up another name, what about Tonali? Him alongside Mainoo in the middle of the pitch sounds pretty good to me as well.

I didn't say 28 is a problematic age. English is not my first language, so maybe you misunderstood me, or maybe English is not your first language, too. This summer he will be 29, with a 70-80 millions price tag, and our model is to buy young players at fair prices, so you can see a problem there.

Of course, we can make an exception for Guimaraes.

I agree with your post. I don't see the club going for him. Also, he does pick up quite a few injuries as well.

Why not one of the 2 Wolves' Brazilian MFs, or both even, instead of Newcastle's Bruno? With Wolves being relegation bound, it won't be a bad move, imo.
