get a large mobile catering van, put loads and loads of the following in it- kentucky fried chicken, burgers, chips-extra large portions offcourse, pot noodles, vodka, red bull, chocolate, crisps, cigarettes, nicotine gum, staff it with two scantily clad women, drive it round carrington all-day, everyday for 6 weeks, make sure it goes at a good speed so ando and roon would not catch it, say 10 miles per hour, and they will be in the best shape of thier lives come kickoff.
