Working our way down the list tonight for a right winger, Sancho we wouldn't pay the price, Dembele could agree a loan, next up Sarr. heard Watford wanted £50 million.

I think RW is more like:
Sancho - fanny around for 4 months knowing full well Dortmund under no pressure to sell yet not meeting their price.
Torres - signed by City for £37m
Chiesa - never keen on leaving Italy and signed for Juve
Dembele - unwanted by Barcelona and we weren’t (rightly) ready to take a gamble on his injury record with permanent deal rather than loan

Which leaves us shopping for kids in Traore and Pellustri.

So at best we can only attract our FIFTH choice. Joy.

Weren’t we in for those kids anyway Halesini? Traore since he was 16. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to Sky, they just write headlines. Had we signed Sancho they wouldn’t have even mentioned Pallistri.
