I thought Barcelona had a transfer ban. Does that mean they can't sell as well as buy?

Hi ed. Can you see any deals being competed for us in this window or will we have to wait until summer? I think that signing another player now won't make a difference, I think the players we have now still need time to settle and get used to the system that Louis Van Gaal wants. I think we should stick it out until summer and inject more players then.
