I've just read in the Men that Newcastle are interested in Brandon Williams, Jesse Lingard and Phil Jones but can't afford all three. Surely Utd can do a deal to buy Williams and get the other two for free?

Maybe Utd fans can have a whip round to help Newcastle with buying these three?

I think we can upgrade on Williams. I know he's young but he has played a few first team games and he hasn't t looked all that.

Williams has looked very good for us imo.

He’s a natural RB so despite covering LB he’s done well.

Clearly something is not right with him this season, rumours of an attitude problem. Shame if true. Hope he can knuckle down and be a rotation RB at the very least.

A loan to another Prem club this month will do him good.

As for Lingard and Jones, Newcastle must be scraping the barrel. We should let them go on the cheap to get the wages off the books and trim the squad,

Williams did ok when he had his chance. I do like his aggression he looks up for a scrap when needed. Played on left when he is best on the right and he is young so you never know in 2nd season if they can push on. at least he looks determined to play in premiership. loan might do him good.

Williams isn't that good? Attitude problems? Where you do you guys get this stuff? The boy has fantastic pace, aggression, and is good both defensively and offensively.

He's not playing because we bought Alex Telles, and we have Wan Bissaka on the right. So that's two left backs ahead of him, and our main RB. It's hard to impress when you're barely given a run of games. I absolutely wouldn't sell him given his ability and age.

A loan would be good for him. Just because a young player is performing doesn't mean they should be instantly bombed out of the club.

Would you take Zaha at the club now?

I don't think its a case of him being bombed out. Is it not a loan proposal?
I like his on pitch attitude i know nothing of his off field attitude.

I genuinely thought with Telles coming in he would be the back up RB and play in certain games especially if we wanted a more attack minded player. Thought he did okay covering for Shaw on the wrong side.
Seems this season is a step back as it appears for Greenwood.
I would definitely not sell though and only loan.

There is rumour and counter rumour on both Williams and Greenwood. Nobody knows what's true and what isn't.
Maybe they are not training very well. Maybe ole dislikes them. Maybe they are disruptive. Maybe they just are out of form.
He used them when he needed them but they have been cast aside this season. Maybe its their fault maybe its not.
