To some up our current situation I'd have to say that we are a group of overpaid primadonnas who don't know how to, and can't function as a cohesive unit.

TEAM. not a chance more like a collection of individuals who were brought together without the foggiest idea what to do with the half of them (see sancho and DVB) .

These players are watched over by a gang of under qualified uninspiring muppets who wouldn't know tactical prowess if it kicked them up the butt. And all of them are presided over by a man who would be lucky to manage a Sunday pub team.

I haven't even mentioned the board or owners who tried to take the club out of the league, probably barely know our scores and yet constantly preach DNA and history.

It's a depressing state, hopefully the dominos start falling soon or we could do a Liverpool and not sniff a league title for 30 years.

The lack of identity in the team is the biggest problem.
Is 3 bloody years not enough for the coaching team to implement this?
Irrespective of players we recruit, without a system the team as a whole cannot succeed.

From outside it looks like Ronaldo was forced on Ole by Sir Alex and he's msted.

Kopforever,

That's exactly what i've felt about the Ronaldo signing, Fergie wanted his golden boy back, The Glazers wanted the Ronaldo cash cow and Solskjaer had little or nothing to do with it .

And according to Fabrizio Romano, that meant he missed out on a defensive midfielder.

Owners and other people at the club messing with signings above the managers head. Looks like the club still haven't learned that lesson.

It's particularly bad if Fergie was involved because it completely goes against everything he's always preached.
