Fact remains he wasn't winning anywhere near enough games for a Man United manager.
It's totally fair that you're not convinced by Carrick, but claiming Amorim was the one is so delusional and you can't even back it up with anything.
Attacking people for using his win rate is ridiculous, of course you assess performance on that. Esp someone who had been in charge as long as Amorim had.

People using stats for the Amorim argument did so after he'd been in charge for at least a season.
They also didn't cherry pick a 7 game window which you've conveniently done to mask the overall much better win percentage.
How you think the win percentage of a Man United manager (or any top 6 club) isn't a yard stick to rate them is beyond senseless.
Your "eyes" argument is basically just "trust me bro". The fact of the matter is, he wasn't winning enough games after an 18 month period in charge to justify continuing the experiment or risk ploughing another few hundred mil of players in for a system only he seems to operate.

The irony of this post is outstanding.
First of all, Amorim sacked himself through his results but ultimately his comments to the press.
Amorim won 15 out of 47 prem games in his time (32% win rate).
Carrick has a win rate of 68% and only has 2 less wins than Amorim in 19 prem league games.
Carrick isn't the answer, you think Amorim deserved patience, but Carrick doesn't? It's an embarrassing fantasy.
How is Amorim getting on at Milan currently? He's a man wedded to his system that doesn't appear to work anywhere except Sporting and wants to rip up squads and be given years to implement success.
I saw someone suggest via AI that Carrick benefited last season from what Amorim had done, that is complete conjecture backed up with zero evidence.
Amorim was a disaster, Carrick is heading in that direction too but not being afforded the patience you're asking from others.
