One thing encapsulated the whole Ole situation and that was the first goal tonight.

How was their centre forward 20 yards in his own side left without two let alone no defenders goal side or even within 20 yards of him. There were no leaders on the pitch, patently not. It doesn't need a Captain to notice that. Then why on Earth was the manager and coaches not screaming at the players to get them in position, add to that surely shape has been worked on in training? It is basics, absolute basics to ensure cover like that.

The answer, when you saw the players tonight was they were going through the motions, Bruno has lost that buzz and it is showing, the lack of belief in a few of them. How can players have belief in the manager and coaching staff when something so basic wasn't spotted. Then at half time, having embarrassed the club, needing to score two goals, the answer was to take off a defender, a young defender, throw him to the wolves, but only to push a midfield player back into defence.

It's numbing, plumbing new depths, it has to stop, these have to be Ole's last hours in charge. We are already a laughing stock.

Some pretty week arguments there Red Man.

The defending was real school boy stuff. When you’ve got full internationals in their prime, you’d expect them to be able to organise themselves.

Ole clearly out of his depth but you can’t blame him for every last thing that goes wrong.

It did seem like something as basic as who go up for a corner and who stays back hadnt been made clear .
Loads of the ball but no width nails us yet again.

Wazza, also if you have full internationals in their prime they can win some matches themselves. So why the overaction in every win?
Its like the "in the first half it was Jose 3- Ham nill", "but in the second half it was Tottenham 3-Ham 3.
Ole is not at fault for everything, but the team is clearly unworked, the sooner he leaves the better.

Then why do you need a manager/ coach anyway Wazza. Let the players be responsible themselves. All the more reason to let Ole go.

Ridiculous comment Shan.

At Sunday league level a group of players don’t need a manager to tell a couple of players to stay back. In our case yesterday, even 1 player would have been enough against a 35 year old, as long as their positioning is better.

That’s down to the players on the pitch and not the coach. It’s common sense.

Wazza

Totally disagree

Any team at any level junior up, would have the Manager and coach/ es shouting about this, they would be screaming about getting cover, it is what the manager/ coaches should be doing, seeing the whole picture. Sadly Ole is very subdued and if none of the coaches saw it then what does it say about them? Stooges?

No more excuses, Ole must be gone today.

Wazza its ok to say it. Our coach is useless. Absolutly useless. Out of his depth.

I know you don't like that and perhaps don't want to admit it.
But that's where we are i'm afraid.
