A bit of topic. There was a bit of a situation here recently between 2 good posters on here. Now some are ole in and some are ole out. There's always going to be a bit of a difference of opinion. That's what's good about the site.
Now the 2 boys in question are 2 good blokes. Ken and nou.
Ken was going through a bereavement in his family so was more than likely a bit on edge.
But Ken is a good auld sort and I wish him well going through this. Kens a good poster and a good human.
Nou nou is the same as Ken a good poster and a good human as well. I often had a good chat with the 2 boys on live chat.
Now I hope ye 2 can put that one to bed and keep posting.
2 genuine blokes 2 good posters and I hope ye can remain friends.

Both want the same outcome but have different views. that's how it should end, differing views. Both are allowed and must respect that of each other. Agree to disagree and move on.

Didn’t know Ken was going through a bereavement, he’s certainly been on edge a lot recently and seems to be picking fights all over the show which is unlike him. Hope all is well Ken, had a crap year myself as I’ve mentioned and it’s good to have football to take your mind off things, so when that isn’t going well either it can be hard.

Ive been caked worse lads i'm fine with it noucamp or anybody else can say what and they can post what they want it won't keep me from posting.
What 1 man sees as 'picking a fight' is another's guys ordinary post. i'm not super sensitive at all. What a coupe of strangers say out of a population of 7bn won't keep me awake at night. 😂
Not bothered at all to be honest.

Appreciate the comments, Leahy. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about Ken's loss. Can't imagine how bad that must feel. Unfortunately, Ken has had an issue with me for quite a long time, and I suspect it goes much deeper than Ole in or Ole out.

Without annoying Scooby, and going all Mumsnet 😁, we're all going through our own personal battles and difficulties. It's a sh1t time just now. Being on this site at the minute is just a waste of energy. It used to be a good laugh, with the odd argument. Now, it just seems to be one long argument, and it's draining. The live chat used to be good craic, now it's just septic. I miss the likes of Danny, who always lightens the place up with a bit of humour.

Nothing I, or anyone else says on here makes a blind bit of difference as to whether or not Ole stays or goes, so to keep beating the same repetitive drum, day in day out, just seems a waste of time. Most of us know Ole isn't the right man, or at least suspect it, but like the other managers before him, he's probably been set targets. If he doesn't hit them, he'll be out. If he hits them, he'll probably stay. It's as simple as that for me. Nothing to do with being an Ole apologist, or any other silly term.

Anyway, I'm a big believer in if you can dish it out, you have to take it. Ken dished it out, I gave it back. But when you start getting drawn into the personal stuff, it's a good sign that it's probably a good time to step back and take a wee break. Or at least avoid any direct interaction with each other. I'm sure it's as boring for everyone else to read, as it is to be part of.
