Funny seeing the posts on this site, can really see who the toxic fans are.

We for once are doing well and you see people still coming up with reasons to discredit ole and the management team.

Why can't you just enjoy the season and let it play out before hammering ole like you do week in week out even though our league form is good? .

I've stayed away a lot from this site because of the pure hatred towards a club legend in a manager job.

Even if he is not the most qualified man for the job at least give him some respect,
The team is together for once and it's not often we said that over the last 7 years.

Have to agree. Regardless of his pedigree, he's delivering in the league and, more importantly than anything else, I'm finally entertained.

This is the best it's been since fergie retired, and by some distance. I'm going to enjoy the ride.

I'm here a long time now but I can never make out what side of the fence your on.

I can't pretend to be a fan of Ole's management so far but this season I very much doubt any other manager would have done much better in the league than he has with this squad.

Not saying he is the answer long term or that we will keep this form up but joint top of the league nearly half way through the season is definitely not the position I expected us to be in.

I’m not on any side of then fence. I don’t think Ole has the credentials to take us to the very top but I think he has improved us and results and league position currently reflect that. In the emotion of a game I get as frustrated as anyone but I’m not entrenched. I think Pogba has been a mistake and been bang average for the most part but the other night I thought he was MOTM, I love Rashford but right now I think he is struggling,

I think Big Vs point is that for some posters, it doesn’t matter what they see, they just continue with the ‘Ole is a fool’, or ‘Ole is a legend ‘ posts. There are 1 or 2 who seem incapable of just saying well done, there’s always a caveat because they can’t move PST their view that Ole should be sacked. Others, like ken for example give credit where it’s due but call out things when they are bad.

The exit from Europe was dreadful and completely avoidable but here we are sat join top unbeaten in 10. I’m enjoying it right now, despite the many ups and downs.

Big V, come off it. A screenshot of the table at this moment does look good but it means absolutely nothing. The season isn't halfway through, Ole hasn't won a thing so it's a weird time for all the "told you so" critics to be counting their chips.

There are a lot of better coaches out there and he had some disastrous moments as manager. At this moment in time Ole is now doing well with an expensively assembled squad but we're still 2nd. Have won nothing yet.

It was the same at the end of last season. We heard "we're still in 3 cups and have a chance of top 4" things change quickly and we were well beaten in all those cup competitions but dusted ourselves off and did great to finish 3rd.

As Jose finishing 2nd meant nothing the following season, all finishing 3rd did for Ole was he met the minimum requirements.

Again, not speaking for everyone but people's post have been nothing but complimentary of Ole and the team over the last while. We're doing well. But for some comparisons, When Jose was sacked, he had 26 points from 17 games and qualified from our group in the Europe. We now have 33 points from 16 games and were dumped out of Europe. This game is a game of fine margins. Going level on points with a subdued Liverpool isn't getting to the summit. There's a long way to go, long may the encouraging results continue.

And for the record. Any manager of Man Utd should be held under extreme scrutiny. Being the best is only good enough. We've let Ole learn to cycle his bike long enough with the stabilizers. He's getting an easier ride than our previous managers did so I wouldn't feel too sorry for him.

That clears it up. I agree with that ajh. But I think where united are now and have improved in the last 12 months is a lot to do with Bruno.
Even when he isn't playing well he is knocking about. Getting in the way of the opposition. Getting his teammate s to up their game. He has a great affect on the pitch. He is what I call a proper united player.

He is Leahy, if only we could find a couple more. i'm hoping Cavani can impact the forwards but another leader would be brilliant.

Just enjoy the ride lads. It's great to finally be where we are no matter how we are playing, we are joint top all be it after 16 games.

People know my views on Ole and they haven't changed but I'm not going to continue to have a go at him when sitting joint top.
