What did herrera say that you disagree with? They played with more passion and more desire? I would think he was about bang on then mourinho moans but says that they worked harder and wanted it more i think essentially they are alluding to the same thing. I for one would rather have a player who is happy to speak his mind and say when he feels our team are not showing the passion or desire required unlike too many who will sit behind mourinhos excuses ( not yesterday but previous defeats )

Do you think he cares? If you had offered Mourinho a clean sheet yesterday and a great chance for lukaku do you think he would have taken it i know for sure he would have done.

Beast do you think its a little harsh to assume nothing has changed after playing real madrid? I am not saying it has but if there is any game to just go out and attempt to stay in the game its them they are the best in the world i wouldn't make a great judgement on how we are playing until probably january let the likes of lindelof matic and lukaku settle in fully. Like i said i'm not hopeful but to say there has been no progress after playing madrid a team that if you go toe to toe with them would have absolutely demolished us and what would that have done for squad morale? On the whole madrid definitely deserved to win but we managed to create chances and it was enough to give me hope for the season especially once those new players properly settle in.

Did you watch the game last night 2 mins in rashford put in a wicked ball for lukaku which narrowly went over, there was another later on in the game. Miki has been one of the better players over the tour admittedly more against the american sides but its a lack of fitness. Against the likes of real madrid if you think we can go toe to toe with them then think that but i know we will get battered look at the champions league final against juventus they are a better more balenced side who got beat 4-1. If mourinho has to play like that against teams like that to get results then i am ok with that. Its pre season let players like lukaku gel in same with lindelof was evra and vidic world beaters from the start? Give the poor lad time. This is the exact reason i don't go to old trafford anymore the minute the going gets tough the fans get on the players back rather than try to support them.
