Fred get a lot of unfair stick, he's decent at breaking up play and always gives 100%. Not saying he's a starter everyweek but he's better than people give him credit for.

We activated his extra year on his contract. I thought we couldn't profit from that? Or does that only kick in if we try sell him in the summer?

If a club activates a one year option on a player, then a club comes in and makes a transfer proposal, would that still be profiteering if they didn't know about any prior interest in the player?

If possible could you give a quick explanation on this matter?

That's what I thought, anyway rather keep Fred for another season and sell mctominay was on Wednesday night was beyond bad, was utterly awful. Quite like Fred and can actually control the ball.
