It maybe impossible due to his current wages, however, do you think United should cut their losses with Sancho and try to sell him this summer?

Unless someone comes in and offers a big fee (60m+) then I think we should keep him.

There is clearly a player in him, for whatever reason he has struggled.

I think he's the sort of player who works better in tight spaces when he has players to play off of. As such if we can get the players needed to enable us to play a higher line, and get our attacker's in closer proximity then in theory Sancho should improve.

I think his performances are improving bit by bit.
There are times when he jogs back and is switched off. I don't think its a work rate issue, I think its switching off and still now showing he is used to the premier league intensity.

My other concern is how he gets into good positions and makes a short backpass. Against spurs he just put a shot in and it was a very good goal. He needs to do that more often.

Sancho undoubtedly has a lot of talent. However, he’s at a point where he needs to decide what player he is. He’s not got the pace of a traditional winger, and learning to play as a 10 won’t be easy.

He looked better with someone overlapping him against spurs and Villa I thought he was very good at times. His passing and vision in and around the box is excellent, but he needs to be producing more and more. Maybe with a proper centre forward he would fit the team better.

I think he’s playing for his future these next 6/ 7 games and ultimately it will depend on our ownership and funds in the summer. If we sold him we’d take a loss, but he’d still fetch us a good few quid towards transfers.

Personally, I hope it works for him.

If we do sign a striker in summer and with Garnacho and Rashford on the left, I find it hard to see where Sancho fits in.

Maybe he could try competing for the RW spot but then Amad is coming back and Antony is there as well.

My 2 main issues with Sancho is he switches off too easily and his lack of pace
Pace you either have or don’t but the other can be ironed out
There is a player in their somewhere but he needs to show more.

He’s hugely improved I’ve the last month or so. Like Linselof, it just takes starting down games and getting involved.

Everybody expects any player to come in and have an instant man of the match impact. Simply doesn’t happen. I don’t think he has the stamina to do what he needs right now. He’s missed months of training and match fitness.

He hasn't hugely improved at all. Take the red tinted specs off. The same old guff, few glimpses but nothing productive in reality.

If you go to the games and watch what’s actually happening RW you’ll notice an improvement. I have no red tinted glasses on, and have no loyalty to defending any of our players. For example, Fred,
Maguire and Weghorst have no place in the red shirt of Utd ever again. And that’s just the start of the squad who ought to move on.

They’re all grown men and should be able to look after themselves with out the need for “amateur” football fans like us making their case.

Unless someone really fancies him and comes in with a high bid where we don't lose too much on him, I don't see a pressing need to move Sancho on. I'd put his position as at least 4th-5th highest priority to address as the other areas are affecting how we play. Maybe Elanga out this summer and look again next year.
